🚀 Getting Started

What is SecurityForMe?
SecurityForMe is a cloud-based security awareness training platform by BinaryBridge. It offers real-world phishing, ransomware, and social engineering scenarios with interactive quizzes, progress tracking, and team management — available in English, Arabic, French, German, and Simplified Chinese.
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the navigation bar, enter your name, email and password. Individual Free accounts are created directly on SecurityForMe. Business and Basic plan accounts are managed via the BinaryBridge Portal at binarybridge.ca.
Which languages are supported?
SecurityForMe supports English, Arabic (with full right-to-left layout), French, German, and Simplified Chinese. You can switch languages at any time using the 🌐 language menu in the top navigation bar. Your preference is saved automatically.

💳 Plans & Pricing

What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you access to 3 security awareness scenarios, basic progress tracking on your personal dashboard, and email support. No credit card is required.
What does the Basic plan ($9.99/mo) include?
The Basic plan ($9.99 CAD/month) includes access to all published training scenarios, full progress tracking, completion certificates when you pass required scenarios, all 5 languages, and priority email support. It is perfect for individuals who want comprehensive training.
What does the Business plan ($29.99/mo) include?
The Business plan ($29.99 CAD/month) includes everything in Basic plus: an organization workspace, the ability to invite team members (each at $9.99/mo per seat, paid via portal), assign workspace admins, approve which scenarios your team can access, per-member progress reports, and team analytics. Managed through the BinaryBridge Portal.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
All billing is managed at the BinaryBridge Portal (binarybridge.ca). Log in, go to Subscriptions → SecurityForMe, and use the plan selector to upgrade/downgrade or the Cancel button to cancel at the end of your current billing period. Business plan owners must remove all team members before cancelling.

🎭 Scenarios & Quizzes

What types of scenarios are available?
SecurityForMe covers the most common real-world attack vectors: phishing emails, password and MFA security, social engineering, voice phishing (vishing), ransomware, physical security, network security, remote work security, and authentication threats. New scenarios are added regularly by our team using AI-assisted content generation.
What quiz question types are there?
SecurityForMe supports 6 interactive question types: (1) Multiple choice, (2) Image-based choice, (3) Drag and drop into categories, (4) Ordering — arrange steps in correct sequence, (5) Click-on-diagram — tap the correct area on an image, and (6) Decision tree — choose your response and see the consequences branch out.
How do I pass a scenario?
Read the scenario story, then take the quiz. Each scenario has a pass threshold (usually 70%). If you score at or above the threshold, you pass. You can retake quizzes as many times as you like — only your best score is saved.
What certificates do I earn?
Passing any scenario instantly issues a verifiable certificate with a unique ID and a public verification link — and it lands in your inbox. Once you pass every published scenario, you also earn the Program Certificate, our top credential for completing the full training program. Every certificate has a "Share on LinkedIn" and "Add to LinkedIn profile" button so you can showcase it.

🏢 Team & Workspace

How do I invite team members?
Team member invitations are sent from the BinaryBridge Portal under Subscriptions → SecurityForMe. Enter the member's email address, select their role (Member or Workspace Admin), and click "Pay & Send Invite". Payment for the Basic seat ($9.99/mo) is processed via Stripe. After payment, the invitee receives an email with an acceptance link to SecurityForMe.
How do I control which scenarios my team sees?
Go to Workspace → Approve Scenarios & Settings. You can set Scenario Access to "All scenarios" (your team sees everything), or switch to "Custom" mode and check only the specific scenarios you want to approve. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I view team progress?
Go to Workspace → Reporting to see each team member's scenario completion status, quiz scores, and last activity. Individual members can view their own progress at any time via My Progress in the profile menu.
How do phishing simulations work?
Go to Workspace → Phishing Simulation (Business plan). Pick one of the ready-made phishing templates, choose which team members to target, and launch. Each person receives a realistic — but completely safe — simulated phishing email. The dashboard shows who opened it, who clicked, and who correctly reported it. Anyone who clicks lands on a friendly teaching page that explains the red flags, so a mistake becomes a lesson. No real credentials are ever collected.

🔒 Security & Privacy

How is my data protected?
SecurityForMe runs on Hostinger's cloud infrastructure with HTTPS encryption enforced site-wide. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions are secured with CSRF token protection. DMARC, SPF, and DKIM email authentication are configured to prevent spoofing. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — SecurityForMe never stores card numbers.
